Always polite and worked well with us
Very unprofessional. The salesmen are desperate to make a sale and don’t really work with you. I knew it wasn’t going to go well from the moment I walked inside. The appearance of the lobby was horrible and not welcoming.
Credit was checked multiple times after I was told it would be one and done not only did they temporarily ruin my credit they made me not want to buy a car from van horn ever
