Well where do I start we went in to buy a car only to have a few choices . We have had the car almost 2 years only to have one problem after another now this 2011 Chevy hhr that is not even 5 years old had a history that we where told was a minor accident is unfit for me to use for work so now I'm out a job and stuck with a car that I'm paying over 300$ a month for and I can't use for work so that's what I think I got ripped off got sold a huge lemon
I will NEVER buy from a Van Horn dealership again. I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 in November of last year and so far I have replaced a battery in the keyfob, the air conditioning, 2 tire sensors, fixed another tire issue, and still need to get a brake light replaced. Oh, and today I tried to use the heat and that's broken too. I'd also like to point out that the manager basically told me "tough shit" after I called and told them about my air conditioning problem... at the beginning of Spring. If there was a zero star option , I would have chosen that. Never buy a car here...ever. Read all forms very carefully!!!! Beware...

I bought a Lincoln Navigator here last week. I've had to stop for low tire pressure daily, twice today, since then. The passenger side running board FELL OFF in my garage Saturday. I was blown off over the weekend, finally spoke to salesman Andy today at 11:30, who was "calling me RIGHT back." Never happened. Worst customer service ever. Do NOT buy anything here.
WE had a great experience today. Marsha Kluss assisted in having repairs done to our vehicle. It was done timely and to perfection. Great place to visit.
