I found a Chevy Cruze on Auto Trader and it happened to be at Van Horn in Plymouth. I contacted them on their site regarding the car. They contacted me to set up a date and time. I ended going that Monday, just to look at the car. Austin at Van Horn was very professional and made me feel comfortable. After discussing the car and I ended up buying it. st purchased a Chevy Cruze a week and a half ago. Initially test drove elsewhere but did the final neogation between several dealers by email after deciding the vehicle, exact options and color that was decided and locating which dealers had it. Worked out great-Bryan at Van Horn was very professional and responsive without asking me to stop in first. Their loan package also beat out my banks. Beat out the closest other dealer by $700.
Updates on my truck getting done from hail damage. I got one update in three weeks that it was there! And when I went to pick it up the left side wasn't even done!not happy
So I purchased a Caddy from these guys 3 years ago. And they told me that it was a manufacture buy back not explaining that pretty much means is a lemon law car. I go to trade it in today and it is worth $6 k less because it is a lemon. Stay away from these Crooked assholes. Lesson learned I'm sure Im. Not the only one that has been screwed over.
