Reed the service advisor was friendly and professional when I brought in my 1998 Firebird Trans Am convertible for a synthetic servicing with some additional questions . Dave the highly regarded Technician is absolutely top notch and has worked on my two aging 4th Gen F-bodies for years. We discussed among other points adding some additional post-traction fluid to the differential for an occasional recurring noise and the fitting quirk of those after-market w/s wipers (can't get real OE anymore). Chevy 112 has been nothing but an amazing experience. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them in less than a year. I dealt with Pre-Owned Manager, Tod Favaloro both times who made things happen as quickly and smoothly as I needed it to be. I recommend Chevy 112 for service kindness. Fran the office manager is very polite and helpful. Nick the service desk is great very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and very helpful. Bob Shortle is the best salesperson I have dealt with. I been using Chevy 112 for 6 years or better. I have leased cars from them and will never go anywhere else. I even have my daughter looking to purchase a vehicle from them. Great place to work. Bruce Nesenger has built a Great environment for people to work in. Different from most Car Dealership Owners, Bruce cares about his employees, and the community the dealership services. "The Experience" really matters, for employees, and that translates to a Great Experience for the customers.
Steven Opatowski was very competent in his work. I was very pleased with his patience in making my experience a perfect 10. Steven is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase of the Chevy Cruze. Being an owner of an older car I had little experience on how to use the newer car. Service experience was amazing. Purchased a Silverado truck (as 2nd car) - always had Mercedes. Not sure what to except (at time) but just had my 2nd impressive experience.
