Fran from service went above and beyond to help get my traverse covered for a known issue that GM was refusing to cover, the time and energy that she dedicated going back and forth for almost 2 weeks was beyond dedication. Their are no words to describe how appreciative I am for all that she did!!!
At Suburban Outlet they helped arrange financing, no easy task since my niece just started a new job and did not have a big credit history. They got the plates. They had a good selection. They could not have been nicer.

I just have to say my husband just had the easiest, quickest and no hassle transaction ever leasing an Equinox from Chevrolet 112. Everyone there was so helpful especially Roseanna Candia who made my husbands lease a delight. This is our second time acquiring a vehicle from Chevrolet 112 and I don’t think we will go anywhere else.
Matthew & the staff at Chevy 112 were very easy to deal with & extremely professional. Got me in my new truck completely hassle free. Love my new Silverado!
Fran has always done right by me, after a not so good experience purchasing the car, the sales man was as shady as they come, had issues with the car 2 weeks after buying! I brought it back there ready to return it (yes was thinking of getting an attorney, that's how bad the sale was) but fran in service stepped in, resolved the issue with the car, it ended up being minor, and have been going back ever since. fran has always gone above expectations and does whatever it takes to make sure I'm a satisfied customer, the best!!
