I arrived at about 11 am and was still here at 1:50. That seemed too long to wait around. Hopefully you can somehow speed this up for future customers. Otherwise everything went well, and I'm looking forward to many years with my new Sonic hatchback. Pam Palmer

The sales staff was super friendly and informative. Worked me thru a number of vehicles until we found the right one - a ford escape. It had low miles, all the equipment I could want, and the best price I could find. The sale staff - Brian and Phil answered all my questions and we shook hands on a great price. Phil then ran me thru the paper work in short order. Good job guys. I believe I GOT THE BEST DEAL ON A GREAT CAR (My third one from these folks and all have been great)
I purchased a chevy cruze today. Everyone was great and understanding. Billy helped me out and let me take the car to my mechanic and test drive it on my own. The customer service has greatly improved since last time I came. Last time I came I felt very uncomfortable with the way the manager and billy were interogatting me about my money. Everyone was great to work with.. Patrick and Greg were great. We have no complaints and are very happy! We are very satisfied with everything. We will be back to Joe Van Horn Chevrolet for the next one. The prices are awesome compared to our local dealerships.
