Just bought a brand new truck tonight (a 2 hour drive one way). What should have taken one hour for the paper work took 4 hours, no trade in involved. One salesman that had to take care of 3 customers (1 was us) 3 managers sitting there not doing much. Found the truck online that's why we chose this place but they couldn't give us the online price, it was $2000 more! I have been to other places with a lot better service!
A year ago I bought a car there it was great but then I got into a car accident and needed to bring the car in for repairs that's when they're rude mr. The sales people are wonderful there but the manager and the auto department Arruda can't seem to get their stuff together so I guess if you want to buy a car buy it from the Plymouth dealership and if you want it repaired get it repaired from the Van Horn in Sheboygan their salespeople are horrible but they're out of the auto department is nice which is where I should have g... read more
I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu. Everyone at the dealership was great! Financing went fast and they were willing work with me on the pick up date. My salesperson Christian was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Ask for him when you go; he was great!

Well where do I start we went in to buy a car only to have a few choices . We have had the car almost 2 years only to have one problem after another now this 2011 Chevy hhr that is not even 5 years old had a history that we where told was a minor accident is unfit for me to use for work so now I'm out a job and stuck with a car that I'm paying over 300$ a month for and I can't use for work so that's what I think I got ripped off got sold a huge lemon
Finally got a reliable vehicle for the first time. The past issues with the car made me get the powertrain warranty. Found my car online, and had gone down twice in price since first seeing it. It was my first experience buying from a dealership.
I will NEVER buy from a Van Horn dealership again. I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 in November of last year and so far I have replaced a battery in the keyfob, the air conditioning, 2 tire sensors, fixed another tire issue, and still need to get a brake light replaced. Oh, and today I tried to use the heat and that's broken too. I'd also like to point out that the manager basically told me "tough shit" after I called and told them about my air conditioning problem... at the beginning of Spring.
