The Customer service provided was top notch! We live in DePere and they drove up with a loaner vehicle to pick up our Buick Enclave to have it serviced and returned it in a timely manner. Christian and Jean and great to work with. Will defiantly do business again.
Had a vehicle in for service.. I had to call at 4pm to get an update. The following day I again had to call ag and no one knew anything. Then I am promised a call back shortly and again I had to call back.. BTW.. Vehicle never got fixed! �
Overall good experience. I left feeling like I got a fair deal. Had to wait around a Little too long.
my girlfriends van was suppose to be done on monday. then they said tuesday we finally got it back wednesday night. looked it over this morning. its has to go back in cause they never noticed the coolant leak as soon as u open the hood. first time using the place and its the last
Went in for regular oil change & tires & alignment. Purchased the truck new in 2012 with tires for life program. Marsha Klus was a great help with everything. I have had excellent service from there since day one. Thanks again Marsha!
