Now that I'm calmer, I will answer your questions. Your service with my oil change & tire rotation was good. but having my car wash was wretched. My windows were not put down cause the dirt is left at the top of the windows when they are opened. NO ONE CLEANED the trunk area. I rent a condo and have no access to a house and the rubber matt was not taken out and washed and the carpeting was vacuumed under the mat. I would not recommend your in depth cleaning of a car.
