I had started my new car search by looking online. Once I had found what I was looking for I called Van Horn and made an appointment to come look at the vehicle. The process was very simple. When I arrived they had the car all ready for me to look at. From test drive to paperwork my experience was very pleasant . I would recommend Van Horn for anyone's vehicle needs.
Kellyn was my salesperson. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and that if we had any questions they were answered. They didn’t have enough time to complete the pre-delivery inspection so the are going to deliver the vehicle to me in Madison. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service.
