Front Desk Staff very rude My family has had multiple encounters with a very rude front desk staff- basically told us our time is not as valuable as the hygienist when we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We are both medical professionals and could not imagine one of our staff ever treating someone so poorly.
I always schedule my husbands and my appointments one after the other so that one of us can stay home with the kids. I explain r this when I made the appointments. Today they brought my husband back over 20 minutes late for his appointment. I needed to cancel because he did not make it home in time for me to make my appointment without us wasting our afternoon. I've been coming to this building for almost 20 years now. The faces may have changed over time, but the fantastic "customer service" remains the same. And, they have some of the coolest, high tech equipment. I have always and will always recommend this place whenever the subject comes up.
When I started going to van Hofwegen Dental about 4 years ago, I had major dentist anxiety issues. I picked them because their website said "We do sedation". My first trip there, I told them about my anxieties, they said they could sedate me, but offered other alternative calming methods. I really didn't want to be sedated, I just wanted my anxiety to go away, so I tried the paraffin wax dip. They got me in quick for an urgent extraction and follow up care! Dr. Is AMAZING! I have high dental anxiety and she has been calm and so patient with me. I don’t have as high anxiety here and I definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Dr. Holly Van Hofwegen is very knowledgeable and I trust her so much. I can count on her to tell me the truth and not to do any unnecessary procedures. The whole staff is kind and friendly. When I have a routine check up they have warm wax you can put your hands in. Love!
