Ty and JD were the installers for our home. They arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and organized their work flow. They answered our questions and educated us on proper operation of our shades and how to adjust them, when needed. The great working relationship between Ty and JD was evident as they worked often communicating with just a look or nod. The first time I used Van Gogh was at my previous home on Lake Logan Martin. All 3 stories of windows were done. Game changer for that home! Now, at our current home we’ve used Van Gogh again. Our sunroom needed shade but also at the same time being able see the yard if we wanted. Mission accomplished. Amy Adams has assisted me with improving our homes. I would definitely recommend using this company and I’d ask for her!
JD and TY were wonderful! They were very patient with us learning how to operate the shades. They both were very respectful of us and our home. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone and the product is beautiful! A++
Carson, our design rep, was patient and offered the right solutions for what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable. Ty, installer, was professional, quick and kind when installing our woven roman shades. The process went smoothly and we are pleased with the end result. Highly recommend Van Gogh!
JD did an awesome job. He texted to give me an ETA and arrived as expected. He completed the installation quickly and cleaned up everything when done.
