I normally have a really good time and no issues. Went to get a tiramisu for dessert and take it to go. Once I left and got home I had a bite. It was horribly sour and smelled bad. Like it had been sitting for a long time. We brought it back to the store and they didn't seem fazed by it. Guy said okay hold on and walked to the back. Then came a woman who asked if I wanted something else or a refund. I didn't get an apology or anything for the rotten food. Attended a friend's bridal shower at Van Gogh's Ear. What a great lil space! Food was excellent, service was quaint &, of course, the coffee!! Do yourself a favor & get their spinach dip! Such a hit!!!
Went there with my family and truly enjoyed my chai while the rest of the family had either espresso milk and latte. We had a really nice time there. Kids were excited about going. My daughter bring a young teenager has invited her girls next Friday night. Woo hoo!!!!
