Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? No, I wasn't given any information about my procedure Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. I will refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I walked in and felt like I was in an antique dentist office, the chairs and equipment looked dirty and aged and right out of the 1960's , it consists of 3 rooms, there is no hygenist and the dentist hands shake, the receptionist the only other person in the building besides me maybe said 2 words the whole time, unfortunetly my company switched insurance and I had no other choice but to go there, needless to say I would rather pay full cost than go back there again .. could not wait to get out it was awkward and uncomfortabl... read more

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. Not at all; cheap and plastic Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
