I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? No, it was almost unbearable Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this dentist answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

I was really terrified going into this appointment. However, the receptionist and the Dr put me at ease immediately. I felt comfortable there and left the office feeling like I had just made a really good friend. I know I have a lot of work to be done and I couldn't be happier that I found Dr Van Eenenaam.

Only go here if you want your teeth butchered! I had to get my fillings redone because they fell out only 7 months after Dr. Van Eenenaam put them in. I also had to go back 3 times after he did my fillings and adjust them which left a space in the filling allowing food to collect in it. I also had to pay $320 out of my own pocket to get the fillings redone the right way! This place is awful! I would never visit them again if my life depended on it!!!
