This company is a seller’s inspector, just wants to get the home sold. My experience is that he conveniently Overlooked tens of thousands of dollars of wiring issues that, in hind site, should have been apparent by a competent inspector. The fun thing is that he doesn’t stand by his work. When brought up he threw a tantrum first, then referred me to lawyers, who gave me a 400 dollar payout which I was forced to take. It took me years to fix and pay off what should have been identified by this guy
