Stay away! Once I got into finance, everyone left, no one walked me through my car to show me anything about it, they left the dealership alarm, security on so I got stranded in downtown LA and no one would answer their phone. Had to walk back to the dealership about a mile and everyone is gone. I tried calling management. There were a couple issues with the vehicle. They pretty much told me no do not buy from them. Save yourself the trouble.
Asked for pictures of a listed vehicle. Had someone respond they would send pics. Never got any response.
One of the worse experiences a customer could have. Placed sizable deposit on a used vehicle. Only to find out next day fro Car Gurus that the car was sold. Went back to dealer to verify and the dealer told he was sorry as he was off the next day! Even when the deal was in file and reciept of accepting a deposit!! I gues guess money on the spot talks. I would not recommend this team again. Usually placing a deposit initiates a deal. in this case I need to return with the trade.

Excellent customer service! although I decided not to get that particular car, but the staff is excellent and I would recommend them without reservation.

Offered an insultingly low amount for my trade in. Even after I told them what I was wanting. Gave me the "that's what they are going for, nobody wants them". I went to lithia and got exactly what I was asking. And not the bs they moved numbers around to make it look like I was getting that. I actually got $5500 more for my trade in going to lithia.
