My wife and I have had a very long stressful frustrating experience after purchasing a supposed “certified pre-owned“ 2019 platinum Cadillac Escalade from Van Chevrolet Cadillac dealership. After owning this vehicle for only 3 days we’ve had major issues with it.! The remote start and on star app start has been intermittent from the beginning. Xavier, We have tried many different things to help you, living 1000 miles away makes it a little tougher for us to service your vehicle but we have assisted the dealership you have been taking it to and they insist they cant find a problem, nor can they find any bad codes. I didn’t have time to talk to them after the test drive because I had to leave and pick my daughter up. I told the salesman about how much I wanted to spend (in cash) and he wanted to get me into a more expensive vehicle. I could have paid for that vehicle I test drove but wanted to come back later and talk to them. I told him twice that I had to go and he had me wait so he could go talk to his manager. Great experience. The truck i wanted sold before I could get there, but they have gone out of their way to help me find something else. Been working with Marion and he's very friendly and professional. Havent found the right truck yet, but really pleased I contacted them.
