Very friendly and helpful service staff. Easy to set up a service appointment within a day. The bill is always less than what I would expect. I have been taking my truck to VanCampen for a year and a half and have been very impressed! Always a great experience.
Very easy to do business with (maybe a little to easy). I never felt pressured into anything I did not want. They worked hard to get me into what I wanted and went above and beyond to keep my payment requirements where I wanted them.
Stopped at Van Campen looking for a specific Jeep that we fell in love with online and had a wonderful experience from the first step onto the lot. John took care of us with great customer service, giving us all the details on the vehicle, working through the trade in, and guiding us through the financing. River kept us great company while we waited for everything to finalize. Nothing but positive things to say about the customer service from start to finish! Will definitely be back in the future.
