I'm disgusted with the ad on your buses that attempt to turn Thanksgiving day into a turkey feast for no reason. Please remove it and put something relevant and compassionate there instead.
I usually LOVE Vamoose. It has always been my go to bus line between DC and NYC. BUT right now I am on a bus that just made an unannounced 15MINUTE break at a rest stop. I totally understand and have experienced situations when drivers need to pull over to use the restroom. I absolutely understand that, but to make a stop where almost every passenger has now gotten off the bus and will definitely take longer than 15mins to return is unacceptable. I am currently in the vamoose 7:30am bus from Arlington to New York. The wifi service is terrible and the power outlets don't work. Next time I'm taking Megabus.

We have used Vamoose Bus now for our second round trip to NYC. I highly recommend you and will be a repeat customer. Our first trip was on the regular bus while our second was on the Gold Bus. I would recommend the Gold Bus for more room. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the need for some minor maintenence inside the bus or a way to provide comments (good or bad) like a card.
