POOR SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL —Yesterday, when I rode the Gold bus from NYC to DC, the WiFi was so slow, I could hardly do anything. Our driver did stop and let us get off for 10 minutes which was great. However, then he ate a pizza and snacks while driving which didn’t seem particularly safe considering it was raining and overcast. Awful experience - 4 hours into a 5 hour trip our bus driver says he has been driving over 10 hours and must stop to wait for a replacement driver. Why would vamoose have a driver that can’t finish the trip start it??? If you want to get to your destination and not get stuck in a rest stop parking lot in Maryland for an unknown length of time, try another company
I used to travel on Vamoose bus to visit our children in Virginia. Now that we moved to Va., we travel back to NYC to go to appointments at Memorial Sloan Kettering. We do a round trip a little tiring, but well worth it. Keep up the great work.
I prefer the Vamoose over the train to NYC. For the first time, the trip home was a little frustrating because the person behind me was on the phone multiple times and using her phone on speaker phone mode. Honestly, people should learn to be more considerate!
