Booked Vamoose Bus Gold from NY to Lorton that had terrible air conditioning for July 18th. A window flew off on the Turnpike and had to wait for a crappy bus to pick us up. Then had to switch to another bus at Arlington to get to Lorton, to arrive at 2am. They issued a credit but requested a refund for the horrendous experience via email and Face Book with no response. I would not recommend this bus company.
The air conditioning is broken and it is unacceptably hot!
Use one of the many other ny/dc buses. We had an old bus, outlets didn’t work on one side, and the driver forgot to stop in Bethesda and had to backtrack from Baltimore. First and last time using Vamoose.
