Top Notch!!! On 9/14 @ 4:45 pm the person who check us in an hour early was so quick to help us out get into the bus @ 5 pm vs waiting for an hour. It was one of those days where I'm kind of nervous so I thought it is almost 6 pm but it was actually almost 5 pm. I'm so thankful that the ability to change my reservation was available on the bus and the person was so quick to help us. Keep up the good work.
Better air flow would be great! A/C is a trickle of air.
Vamoose is the only way to travel between NYC and DC by bus. I've used Vamoose many times and recommend them to everyone. I've had a few incidents where Vamoose exceeded customer service. Once I had to cancel a trip and all I had to do was put my reservations on hold to use in a future date. Another time I thought my bus was supposed to leave at 10:30am from NYC but I had actually reserved the 12:30pm bus and they had a spot on the bus and updated my reservation right then and there so I wouldn't have to wait another 2 hours... read more
The people were friendly. It sure beats flying or taking the train. It was an easy ride.

Took my first bus ride from NY to Va. The customer service was excellent and the bus was very clean. I will definitely be using VAMOOSE BUS again for my next trip back to New York.
