I have only had valvoline change my oil. I went in to get my oil changed again and they informed me that the oil drain plug had been stripped out and they need to fix it before they can change my oil. They were the only and last ones to change the oil in my car. They wanted to set up an appointment for me for them to fix it. They are the ones who broke it, and they wanted me to pay them to fix it. Awful.
Terrible service. I also am a college student and they over charged me. They claimed they didn't have 10w-30 and would only put synthetic in my car. What kinda oil service center doesn't have 10w30. I would not recommend anyone to go there
Worst Service ever, i went there with my 2005 pontiac grand prix, all i wanted was an oil change and the transmission fluid "checked", they not only just went ahead and changed the transmission fluid, but spilled it all over my engine bay, you could see the steam from the waiting room. I spent over 45 mins waiting for my car to be done, then when I got the bill they charged me for 4 UNITS of fluid, the stuff they spilt, and wouldn't allow me to leave until I paid the ENTIRE bill.
