I have been taking multiple vehicles to this location for years, even recommended them (not any more). Couldn't get there myself so my 18 year old daughter to one of our cars in, this one has over 270k miles and thers a reason its still running with no oil leaks or issues because we keep with the same thing. I sent a complaint when I saw the bill. First Cycle didn't give an option for A receipt or email. Now I know why! First it was stated 6 quarts of oil and I was billed 6.95 for extra p!ease refund with tax. they never checked any fluids and it was billed as topped off,neverhappened. I asked for tire pressures and he said we were getting ready to do that but it never happened. He did reset the oil reminder and provide a window sticker.
