My Car (2019 Audi a4) has 13115 miles on it. Only been serviced at the dealership. Brought it in for an oil change with a clean engine bay. Left with oil over the engine cover, engine, fan motor, hood, and the undercarriage. I even tipped them $30 thinking that they did a good job. Only After I drove maybe 5 minutes I pulled over and inspected my car, and found oil. Look under the Hood Before you Pay!!!!! New Car, with 2nd. Only Oil Change. They Spilled Oil ALL Over. That Branch could care less, nor getting any resolve from corporate.
