Usually pretty fast but this time not so much. 45 mins for a oil change was a bit excessive especially with no line really. Good service. Friendly staff.
The staff went above and beyond to fix an issue that was caused from my air filter during a routine oil change. Rachel, the manager, took initiative and reached out to me before I had a chance to contact her about my issue. Their customer care unit was very proactive with taking care of my issue and was more than happy to cover the costs that incurred during this process.
