I went to visit the local Valvoline a few days before because (1) they're local, and (2) they have good hours into the night. The oil change and transmission fluid change made a positive improvement on my car so I wanted to get more services to see if other things improved. The people were happy being easy to work with.
The staff were super friendly, and very efficient. I am not knowledgeable in ANYTHING car related and they were happy to answer my questions and explain things to me in a way I understood. I know it’s not easy working on a holiday weekend when it’s 90 degrees outside, but the team was great! Highly recommend this location! Shout out to my service team: Gavin, John & Troy for being !!!
