I GOT RIPPED OFF AT THIS PLACE!! Came in for an oil change on Saturday October 18th with a Groupon code for it. Never had problems using Groupon for Valvoline in any other state. Showed my phone as soon as they started working on my car and at the end the staff tells me “your total is 82.33” I’m like “what do you mean? I paid with the Groupon, is it just the total and I need to pay a difference?” (Because usually we have to pay taxes out of the Groupon) he said “yes”. I have gone to this shop for years and have NEVER left disappointed!! Today they replaced the bulbs in my headlights for me! As a woman I have never felt they’re trying to put anything over on me and they’re always courteous, fast and reasonable! I also love that they can handle some minor mechanical repairs as well as oil changes, wipers, etc.! I’ve recommended them to many and will do so again!!
