It was a great experience!
Very pleased with this place. My ‘19 Ram Limited needed an oil change and I was done with the terrible service at the dealership … scheduling, price, etc. I was in and out with a full sun change, third brake light repair (didn’t know it was out), new premium blades… in 20 min. Didn’t even get out of my truck. For less than the cost of an oil change only at the dealership. Elisa, Kevin, and Josh were great. See you guys next time.
Devonte and team were extremely fast, busy hardworking and very professional. Took me through the offerings and pricing was clear. They weren’t pushy at all (I understand corporate will do that). What was very surprising is that they correctly diagnosed a known oil leak from the head gaskets. Didn’t try and push the air and engine filters, which I replaced last oil change. Fast honest and professional. In and out in 20 minutes as they were down one.. very happy.
I had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in East Cobb! The team was fast, professional, and very thorough. Elisa, the manager, was especially helpful—she explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the services being done. It’s rare to find a place that’s both efficient and honest, but this location really delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Pretty ironic that it’s called “instant oil change”. One of the slowest oil changes I’ve ever experienced, and for seemingly no reason. There were only two other cars there when I pulled in, and plenty of staff around. I was there for almost an hour, most of which was waiting on them while they were either standing around chatting to each other or going inside the building for 5-10 minutes at a time.
