Use caution before bringing your car here. I took my luxury vehicle in for an oil change, and within days the check engine light came on. The Jaguar dealership confirmed the oil was overfilled due to improper service, costing me out-of-pocket expenses and forcing me to file a claim. Instead of taking accountability, the manager Davonte and regional manager Robert downplayed the issue and tried to gaslight me.
