Pulled up around lunch 3 bays were occupied with two cars waiting behind each one. Ok busy time, figured I could still get out of there within an hour. After about 30mins with the same 3 cars still being worked on, a young employee comes out and starts asking people to backup and rearrange themselves creating a chaotic situation. Oil change was fine. drove off and stopped at Home Depot a mile away. Walking back to my truck is noticed the cover at front near the bumper was not connected back after they changed the oil filter. I went back and was told to get at the back of the line and they would look at it and fix if if they did it. He said it probably came in that way and would be noted by the tech. Polite service. Quality oil. They lost two stars because: Way too much time trying to upsell under the guise of "free" inspections, which added to the time it takes to get serviced. And even with my 10% coupon It was almost $100. Next time I'll find some place with a lower price who values my time.
The Valvoline East Cobb location is the best in town! The crew is always professional, extremely efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. In addition, Valvoline always has online discount coupons. I highly recommend this location for everyone living in or passing by this area.
