The people doing my tire rotation stripped every lug nut on my tires and then tried to blame the shop who has done my tires for years on every car with no issue, bent a heat shield that should've never been touched, and lied about my battery being dead to try and talk me into buying a new one. They also tried to have me leave the shop missing a lug nut they claimed they couldn't put back in and my tire shook multiple times before I even left the lot. I'll never come back after this.
