Jacob the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in because my AC for my truck it wasn't blowing cold air. He was able to fix the problem on the pulley that wasn't getting any pressure for my AC now it's blowing nice cold air thanks to Jacob.!!!
Easily the worst VIOC in Nevada. Horrible service and get every excuse under the sun because of how slow their service is. If you have time to kill like 2 hours, this is the place for you. It is anything but a 10 minute oil. Absolutely horrible!!!
Do NOT come here for an oil change. I came to this shop for a simple oil change, and they forgot to drain the old oil before adding new oil. My car started smoking badly, and I had to pull over and call a tow truck to bring it back to them. After a quick inspection, they told me everything was fine and sent me on my way, two minutes later, the car started smoking again. I got off my graveyard shift today @ 730 and went straight to this specific location in hopes to get my vehicle serviced. When I arrived, I thought I was lucky as I was the only customer there. Sat in front of the 3 bay doors where the sign advises to wait for a worker to assist you. After sitting there waiting for 5 minutes nobody even welcomed me nor came to assist.
