I waited 15 minutes just to get air in my tires, but was completely ignored. While I was waiting, behind bay 2, someone else pulled into Bay 3 and was helped immediately, even though I had been waiting well before them. I was told to move from Bay 3 because “no one was over there ma,” yet when the next car pulled into the same spot, they were assisted right away with no issue. Adrian walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with the service before moving forward. No pressure, no upselling — just honest, quality work.
