I took my company vehicle in for an oil change only. I told Manager Jeremy this repeatedly thru out the course of this ordeal. I handed him my company Wheels card. This is a 3rd party vehicle fleet service which handles payment on the spot, billing, verifies and authorizes service etc and has a list of authorized auto repair shops we can use. Exceptional service. Friendly and kind. They earned my trust.
The technician suggested some things that I found out were NOT needed. They saw a women driving a company vehicle and took total advantage. I overheard them talking and saying this as well when I was in the waiting room area. When they gave me my total I was floored but paid and left and knew I would NEVER be back. I have warned all my friends, coworkers and family as well. Just not pleased.
Stopped in for an Oil change this morning. Was helped by Grant and was very pleased with the service. Quick and efficient. Definitely will be back again to this location!
