Staff is very friendly, did not take long at all to be done. Shop was very clean.
I went to the Greenfield, IN location asking for a standard oil change. Once they had me pull my car into the bay, the scanned my VIN and told me I HAD to have a certain type of oil.. no other options were given. (Any other place I’ve gone to, I’ve always had an option) it would have been over $100 just for the oil that was needed, it didn’t make me feel good, but I needed my oil changed, so I was ready to agree. I have taken a few different vehicles here with no issue however, today I took my work van to get the oil changed. This will be the ninth oil change. I have had done on the van. I bought it brand new in 2023. It only takes 6 quarts of oil. However, the guy told me it takes 12 quarts of oil and he refused service if I did not let him put in 12 quarts of oil and basically ruined the engine of my van be very careful when using this place their computers are not accurate and the idiots running the place are dumb enough to put tw... read more
