Worst service ever. I have been coming here for years. I bring my personal and work vehicles here and the last handful of times its gotten worse. Came in for an oil change and whatever else they may have recommended and they were ready to cash us out without checking any of our fluid levels or lights. We had to ask the kid if he checked anything and his answer was they can. He then came back and stated we didnt have a power steering reservoir. Employees lack communications skills and place the blame on the customer for their own mistakes. The manager is the only one that seems to care after rectifying the mistake meanwhile the employees joke about your car and forget to place back screws that were removed. I will never come back to this place where children are employed without proper experience training.
I live 25minutes away, pass other oil change services along the way, however continue to return to this location. Fair price, receive discount coupons for being a return customer, they are quick and professional. Extra kudos to Carlos for his kindness and always explaining the services and options.
