Got an oil change done and found out a day later my car was leaking oil; it was not having an issue before. I was already out of the house, so I needed it fixed and repaired asap as I have work and school. Got it towed and sent to a mechanic, but i did not have a car for around 2 days. When I went to get a refund of the oil change, I was refused as their work had been “tampered” with. I went back no more than a week later, had pictures of the damages and a bill of the repair (and they have my oil change on file!) but refused... read more
