For the first time in years, I received terrible service at this place. I arrived with my car and my son's car for a quick service. I told them not to check anything, just to change the oil. Apparently, they didn't like that, and they made us wait as long as they pleased. When I started complaining, they came up with the excuse that the oil pan drain plug was damaged.
