I was totally impressed by the manager lady and the other 3 ladies working at at this VIOC location (I didn't get their names). I will go back every chance I get.
Hands down best oil change I’ve ever got. Like pulled in and Noah greeted me, Matt did my oil change and. Rayce and Noah tried fixing my tail lights. They were just so nice and helpful. Also, liked that I could just sit in my car while they did everything. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Also, on their website you can get a coupon so that’s always a plus.
Overall it was good and quick. The members were nice and explained everything but because it was the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. I would have liked to receive a window sticker to remind me when the next change it needed.
