This was my first time visiting Valvoline and I had a good experience up until the end. At first, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness of the shop and, as an aircraft mechanic, it pleased me to see them put two sets of eyes on everything and verify oil pressure on initial engine start. Liliana went above and beyond to service our car even though we were pulling a uhaul trailer. They got us in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
Everyone was soooo friendly! I pulled right up to the bay and was helped immediately with a friendly smile. The oil change was super quick and they explained every step and checked everything. Tires, lights etc. They give you recommendations but are not too pushy about it. The prices are very reasonable and I definitely highly recommend this place!!
