I am an ASE certified technician performing services on a vehicle that was recently serviced at this location. Please be aware: This location is staffed with high school-age teens, who are NOT certified to perform automotive diagnostics or repairs. The oil pan drain bolt was so over tightened (over 60 ft lbs when it is supposed to be 23) And NO crush gasket was installed.
