Great staff, great service!
Their tech did not properly install the oil filter in my car. Not knowing why my car was leaking, I took it to a shop and they found it was a loose filter. It was nearly falling off in their words. Their “customer care” team is despicable. They claimed my car was past the 3,000 recommended miles for a change, however by their own standards, my car hadn’t even reached the mileage they put on the sticker for my next change.
