Liliana went above and beyond to service our car even though we were pulling a uhaul trailer. They got us in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
Everyone was soooo friendly! I pulled right up to the bay and was helped immediately with a friendly smile. The oil change was super quick and they explained every step and checked everything. Tires, lights etc. They give you recommendations but are not too pushy about it. The prices are very reasonable and I definitely highly recommend this place!!
TLDR: They forgot to put the oil filler cap back on my truck and I drove around like that for approximately 4,000 miles. I’m hoping no damage was done to the engine. Had a few good experiences at this location, and had gotten my last oil change in April with them. They were fast and friendly. Fast forward to today, my dad had mentioned a funny smell so I popped the hood and took a look. Decided to try Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Our regular oil change mechanic was Big O Tires. Horrible last experience with them, so decided to look elsewhere. Scott greeted us with a smile and was extremely professional. The whole time took about 12 minutes. Big O Tires you wait for an hour minimum if they are on time. Offered us water while we waited in the car. Super Fast. They check your fluids, lights, brakes...All with a smile. Highly Recommend!
