I had a great experience getting my oil changed. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free from start to finish. Alivia was especially helpful—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. She provided excellent customer service and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!
Great service
I’ve been coming to Valvoline for years and years and I always have a positive experience. This one by far has been the worst one yet. The topside person was on their phone, they lied about what they checked. The only thing I got to verify was the oil level. I’m worried about the oil they put because they didn’t check what they were supposed to check my whole invoice says that everything was “not checked” why am I going to Valvoline if you’re not gonna check what you usually check.
