Went there to get car oil I didn’t know they were closed there was employee I ask him if they are still open because sign on the door said open he was very rude heavy guy with tattoos bold he was acting like he’s gangster that he was gonna do something to me
The team was knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew did a great job letting me know my options and recommendations for my vehicle. The team seemed to really enjoy their jobs and working together, making a great customer experience.
Great, quick service. Thoroughly checked under the hood and inflated the tires.
After and hour and 10 minutes I am still in my vehicle getting the oil changed. The technician accidentally dropped a socket into the engine. It has still not been found. I have paid already and have been told they cannot discount or refund because the transaction has been processed. I was given a generic flyer to a future service (as if I will return here).
