We had a horrible experience today. The person who was changing the oil spilled it all over the engine. They specifically asked if they can air up my tires to the recommended of 34. Got home, they were all at 41 and the back left was at 31. I am sure the techs have been told to upsell however, when I have told them more than 8 times I am only there for an oil change please respect that and don’t continue to be disrespectful when I say no! Very unhappy
Staff was amazing and worked with me and my wife. Went above and beyond for sure
Every one was exceptional nice. The oil change was done in no time. Every component of my car was checked and in that I was grateful. I am sure I will use them again.
