Been going here for years and it's always been great but the last 2 oil changes I got they didn't tighten the drain plug down all the way. The second time I told them I tightened it back down before driving it back in. Dude straight up told me and I quote, "Well looks like you loosened the plug when you tried to tighten it, that's why it was leaking" then said the service was free acting like he did me a favor. Every time I come here I get fast, friendly, expert service. Every employee is great. TY is very awesome He is so kind and helped me with several answers I needed to know about my car. He's always kind and goes out of his way to help me and answer any questions or concerns. And he's always right about anything I needed help with. He's very important and valuable to me and my family. I wish everyone treated me with this much care.
Denied Service at Bridgeville Location! Been using Valvoline for 20 years and visited multiple locations with no issue's in the past. This location just opened and there was a long line the car in front of me was denied an oil change because of an "active leak" and I thought they maybe had some serious issues but then I pull in and younger guy who appeared to be the manger did the same thing to me almost shouting Active OL..
