With busy schedules it is nice knowing that you can depend on Valvoline Instant Oil Change to get the job done. This week people were flocking the place to get their oil changed before Spring Break, the staff here was so pleasant & professional and got me in and out quickly
They changed my oil but were sloppy about it, they rushed to put the oil in making a mess of the engine cover with oil. They then show me my oil level on the dipstick and it’s slightly over the low mark, if I don’t say anything about it they would have let me leave without topping it off. They didn’t check my tire pressure.
My experience was fantastic, every employee I came in contact was extremely friendly. The men who worked with me that day were CSR: Jamin -TOPSIDE: Cody -BOTTOMSIDE: Asher.
