Always great service but I just don't like the upsell. If I say I want an oil change that's all I want. I know the people at the store have no control over this.

I’ve been coming to Valvoline for years. Today, I really needed an oil change and decided to give this location a try. I was told directly up front that they could use the current 50% discount on the website (as of 4/3/26). At the end, however, they completely refused to enter it. One employee literally pretended to hit the “code” button while actively avoiding clicking it. I understand if this place is commission-based, but don’t scam your customers.
