This location is usually great. The first time ever that none of my lights were checked, but the guy put that he checked them. Was it because I had a coupon, or because I called someone to see if I should get the new filter? Typical female, she wont even realize we didn't check the lights. The technician informed the employee who was assisting me with My car had a severe oil pan gasket leak. He suggested I consult an auto shop to confirm his assessment. However, I did not feel the need to, as I trust my judgment. I understand your concern, but it seems that your company may be misrepresenting the situation. The day before my oil change, I had my car washed thoroughly, including the underside, and it was also raining that same day. I have been to the Thousand Oaks, Ca location multiple times. They have been absolutely the most courteous and knowledgeable for the services they perform. I may live a few hours away, they are worth the drive. And that's why I'll be returning.
