Five stars for Valvoline in Thousand Oaks. They are always fast and efficient, making it easy to get in and out. The staff is very professional, friendly, and honest about what my car actually needs. Even though there are other branches, I only ever go to this specific location because the service is so reliable not once have I had an issue here.

Services were explained well. Offers for other services were provided but I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Attendants seemed knowledgeable and were respectful of myself and my vehicle. I will return for other services. Location is convenient.
