The staff was helpful and efficient. Emily explained every step of the process, and she was pleasant and engaging. The team handled my service quickly and relocated me to an open bay to expedite my visit. This was my first visit to this location and it will be my go to for all fleet maintenance.
This location is always very friendly and welcoming. They all greet you and also say farewell till next time. I have never been peer pressured into something. They always explain and give me the reason of why it is important to make sure to stay on top of maintenance
I don't believe all the old oil was extracted, when I checked my oil level the next day it was about a quart over, had to go back and have them remove a quart.
Great customer service
My 17 year old daughter, a returning customer, took her car in for an oil change and wiper replacement. The tech told her she needed her tires rotated but didn't quote a price. She ok'd for tech to rotate tires. After all the money she gave them today for oil change and new wiper blades, they charged her $49.99 to rotate her tires!!!! I'm livid with the tech for charging her that!!!! That's taking advantage of a young lady.
