Had oil change and air filter change on my ram 3500 and immediately started getting a service air filter fault that would come on every time I would accelerate from a stop , it would stay on for a few seconds and go away , after some research it was noted that the cheap aftermarket filters that they sell cause this issue , I replaced the filter with a WIX filter and the issue immediately went away, went to try to get a refund for the filter and was told there is nothing they can do .. $263,00 dollar oil change and they won’t... read more
Each one of the crew members were very supportive and informative of the vehicle and what it needs. Understanding of what to do and how to do it in a fast and orderly manner. I appreciate it the great customer service that I received.
Need to have one tech per vehicle. The tech that started my oil change walked off and started another one and left me sitting there. Nothing was drained or anything for about 30 minutes. This is how mistakes are made. Finish the job you start
Fast and efficient oil change. All fluids, air filter and air pressure were checked. I accepted their recommendation for a tire rotation, because it was consistent with the Chevrolet recommendation. Friendly service made for a very pleasant experience overall.
