Always such pure great experience. First time at this location, as my usual one had a line. Taken in right away, the technician was helpful, courteous and efficient. They offered additional services, but it wasn't a hard sell. You really know how to build brand loyalty.

I needed an oil change on a Sunday and the JL was closed till Monday so I decided to give Valvoline a try. They were WAY faster than JL. Penzoil VS Valvoline oils are similar but service was much quicker 10 mins vs 1 hour compared to my past experience. Kendrick was great as well! They don’t do AWD tire rotations though.
Friendly, knowledgeable, effective, and quick! Been coming here for years.
