Not Worth the Time – I Could’ve Done It Faster Myself I came in for a simple oil change and there was only one car ahead of me. I waited about 20 minutes before pulling into the bay, which wasn’t too bad—but once I got in, I was basically ignored while the staff focused on other cars in the other bays. The service tech, Brent, led the service team to service my truck. He has been the team leader for me before. The whole team does an awesome and professional job on my truck each time. That is why I have continued to bring my truck in to this shop.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew and my car is happy too!!!
Not a fan of this place ! To me its kinda feelin like Bait & switch in the way that they attempt to smooze the customer sitting in the car in their garage..You go in tell them exactly what you need and its a swan song to the end telling you a bunch of malarky about your car and service needs..watch out for the older guy with (knowledge ha ha) just for the upsell. they have coupons on their website they don't bother to mention.its brutal ! I dont do business like that & will not return.
