They overfilled the oil and didn't tighten the bolt. I have leaked oil all over my concrete driveway. They tried to correct it by removing the oil into a bucket and repoured it back into the car.... it dripped everywhere... and it is still dripping. I will not go back - this has never happened to my car before. EVER! They kept suggesting fluid changes that they cannot do to a Subaru. completely pointless.
Used wrong oil type and only filled 2/4 tires. Tried to rotate staggered tires. The manager seemed uninformed on anything going on.
