First time to a quick service oil change. The team was professional and courteous. Made sure I was aware of the process and options available to me. Time savings and experience was unbeatable compared to the hours I would’ve spent waiting at a dealership with a scheduled appointment.
The only Valvoline I’ll go to ! They’re so fast, professional and kind! Not only did I get an oil change , they also went above and beyond to check a lot of things for me that no other valvoline has done. Checked my battery , all my lights , tires and so much more !! Highly recommend getting your oil changed here !
Oil change aside, customer service was frustrating. Took 10 minutes of waiting on the phone just to figure out pricing, then after telling the staff I was ONLY here for an oil change they still proceeded to try and upsell me on a bunch of other stuff. I understand if it’s “policy” to suggest and upsell stuff but it’s frustrating and annoying.
Excellent customer service. DJ and the team went above and beyond to help me today.
Survey Comment: The technicians were very thorough; and made sure I knew what I needed to do next and why. I will be returning soon for a transmission fluid flush and an air filter that was out of stock last week.
