Jeremy was great answered every question I had and explained in full detail.
They're the only place that checks and changes your cabin air filter and I thought that was very nice, they fixed a problem I wasn't aware I had and now my AC blows so much colder I have to keep it on 2 instead of 4 all the time even in this heat!!! Very friendly,didn't get irritated when they had trouble getting my gloves apartment back on after changing the filter. 10 out of 10 for service, kindness etc.

The tech in the picture was super friendly and chatted with me the entire time I was sitting in the bay. He also was able to appropriately upsell me with an air filter, which made sense. These guys are all very professional and friendly. I will be returning as this was my first time at valvoline
I usually feel a little nervous about an oil change, especially any quick service, but I loved this Valvoline! Jeremy was awesome, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I will come back for sure!
