Staff is friendly and professional, but they never have my oil in stock and it’s always a runaround to get the oil change completed.
Valvoline just lost A long-time customer. I just had the worst experience ever. Discriminated against we had been in line waiting at the second Bay. Finally got up to the door and the person in front of us pulled out, as we started to pull in. The guy stopped us and asked us to swap with the person in Lane one who was black. Once we realized what was going on. I went up and asked the guy why he had us switch lanes. And he said that guy was ahead of me. I said yes. There were 2 cars in the let left hand lane waiting and I was in the right hand lane waiting. When the car in the right hand bay was nearly finished the team members came out and had me move my car to the left hand lane and the car in the left hand lane to the right hand lane. So in total they had 3 cars backing up and changing lanes. This was very unsafe and created a potential of cars backing into others. The gentleman that I worked with didn't try to force other services on me like I have had in the past. He also found an issue that I had with my rear tires that was possibly a life saving reveal. I'm very grateful!
