Was not happy at all
The manager introduced himself to me and was incredibly helpful. He didn't try a pressure sales tactic (not taking "no thank you" for an answer) as I have experienced in the past. They were incredibly quick and efficient. As a 30-year safety professional, the manager was so safety conscious that I had to tell him my job and how much I appreciated the measures (and gentle corrections) he was making. He truly displayed safety leadership and you could tell his team knew he was looking out for them, not 'policing' them.
Quick and friendly service, plugged my tire quickly for no charge. Wonderful!
We love Vavoline! Especially Vinny! Helpful, quick, always looking out for the customer. Highly recommend this location!
