Back in August, I had the transmission fluid changed and oil changed then recently here I’ve been having problems with my transmission. I’ve normally never had problems with Valvoline, but I don’t think I’ll ever be back to this location. My husband and I brought in our new car to get the oil changed and everything was fine until they stopped working on our car and pulled out their flashlights. Five people came over and just kept looking around the front of car, shaking it, and eventually started pulling off panels, all the while no one would look at us or tell us what was going on. Horrible experience, never take your diesel truck here!! A day after oil change truck was running like I put 10,000 m on the oil. Changed oil myself to find out filter wasn’t even hand tight, and they didn’t use the right oil for my truck.
They didn't put oil back in the car. Now the motor is shot
