I have been going to this location for a few years now and it has been fine till today. ( 1-26-2026 ) 12 noonish) I have a toyota camry. The technician said for full synthetic it would be 100. I say ok then show him a coupon for 25. A few minutes later he shows me my old "oil filter housing "and says I need to replace it for 50 ?? It appears fine I see no cracks or damage ? Quick, friendly, professional, hard working employees, informative.
Very disappointing experience. This Valvoline location sent me back twice because they couldn’t confirm the correct oil type and filter type. After that, they kept me waiting for over an hour, only to finally tell me they don’t have the right tools to change the oil filter. I went to another Valvoline branch right after, located at pecos Rd & Wigwam pkwy and they completed the oil change quickly and without any issues. Cost was issued after the start of the service. It was more expensive than I expected. Although expensive, I was still satisfied. The crew were friendly and fast. The fastest oil change I’ve had. Now that I know what to expect, I’d likely return.
