Go somewhere else for your services. They will create more problems than they fix. Not to be trusted even with something as simple as changing an air filter. Literally. Car came back with check engine light on and shaking when idling. Check the code and it's an intake leak. Look under the hood and the hose isn't even reconnected. When you call to talk to a manager you'll just be asked to leave a message because they are busy.
One of the best places to change your oil 10/10
I’ve been taking my truck to multiple Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations for years and have never once had an issue—until today. I brought my truck to this location, where the manager (pictured) refused to service it, claiming they don’t do oil changes for trucks with a hitch on the back. I’ve been bringing my truck to multiple Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations for years without any issues—until I visited this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve been coming to Valvoline for oil changes in our work truck for the past four years without any issues—until today. The manager on duty flat-out refused to service our truck, claiming they couldn’t open the hood due to a work rack. Funny how that was never a problem in the past. He also mentioned that he turned someone away 30 minutes earlier just for having a tow hitch with nothing even connected. Sounds like someone just didn’t feel like working.
