Gunnar is one of the managers at this store. It's pretty rare to get really good customer service in today's world, but Gunnar was do good and it impressed me so much that I'm doing this review...also very rare. This specific location was recommended to me. The process was very quick and convenient. The employees were very efficient in getting everything done quickly and correctly. They showed me the dipstick to verify the oil was full. I wasn't pressured to get additional services that I didn't want or need. I'd be happy to go there again for my next oil change.
