So… I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lune, on 19th Ave in Everett. But it was a Sunday, to which they are closed and I needed it done specifically today. I headed to the location on Broadway and pulled in. There was one other customer and an open lane so they guided me in. Gentleman by the name of Sergio asked if I needed an oil change. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Fast service with their whole team engaged in the process.
An Idaho shop did a transmission fluid change and recommended that I get the level checked after a week or so. This location's owner explained that the machine they used requires more than they gave me so this location had to top it off. He said this location adds the extra so it goes a full cycle through, and reassured me with an. explanation of the mechanics. I feel very confident in this particular shop, and will come here. We brought our Jeep in for an oil change and the guys working 5/4/25 were friendly and helpful. There was a minor mishap where our dipstick broke off. They had us come back in the morning so the manager could remove it properly. The manager was also super kind and had it ordered and fixed first thing today.
