It was the only place open on a Sunday afternoon, so I went there. There were three bays, each with one car being serviced and three in line. After 15 minutes, none of the cars had moved, meaning it would probably have taken me at least an hour to get my oil change done. I left. The staff was very nice, but i couldn't wait.
I had a fantastic experience today at Valvoline! The oil change was quick, and the team was very professional—no pushy sales tactics like other oil slingers. They did offer some upsells, but when I declined, they didn’t make it awkward at all, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to Jarrell and Jose for their great service! Also, the Valvoline app is awesome—it shows live wait times and offers some really useful coupons. Highly recommend this location!
Just an alright shop. Like other motor oil shops they tend to severely underestimate their wait times. I was quoted 30 minutes and it was closer to 50 before I received service. The reason I would rank Valvoline Redmond below the average for motor oil change businesses is because of their attitude after they failed to upsell me. I did take their offer to upgrade to synthetic oil but the other upsells I declined like cabin airfilters and engine filters. We were greeted very friendly and professional. Everyone was so informative and kind. Noticed they worked very well together & communicated well. Most friendliest crew I’ve experienced, It was a really good overall experience. Definitely will be back.
