Second time changing oil for 2020 bmw x1. Have to wait in line about 1 hr but service is excellence. They did the 18 check point inspection, $25 off synthetic oil and answer all my questions. Plus I can watch them change the oil. WARNING: Not all location provide the same service, so always call to ensure the other location will be able to do oil change on your specific car.
Came by to get oil change, I’ve been before I haven’t had issues, after leaving and getting in the freeway I hear something dragging at the bottom on my car. They didnt screw the skid plate on properly. I went back to have them fix it, there was no apology whatsoever, no compensation for my time (this whole thing including trying to get back took 3 hours). If anything they seemed BOTHERED, like I did something wrong??? Will not be returning back, this could have caused worse damage to my car.
They were fast, knowledgeable and answered every question. Best of all, they weren't pushy with trying to upsell me. Plans to come back for other work.
I usually do my own oil changes at home, but I came here this morning because I had a stripped screw that prevented me from removing my skid plate to do my own oil change this morning. Firstly, as business owner, I wouldn’t advertise a 15min oil change if you’re unable to deliver that to your customers. It’s better to under promise and over deliver rather than to do the reverse. Friendly staff with excellent knowledge on services required for your car. There is no pressure to purchase additional services and they make you aware of what is needed. They always accept groupons and they even tell you if there is a better deal on their website. I would recommend this location for a quick, easy and affordable oil change.
