They are so speedy and so friendly! My car was a little bit of a disaster mid move and I got there just barely before closing and they fixed me up completely with an oil change and new brake light bless their hearts
Went here for an oil change and ended up getting a new battery and ended up stalled in the middle of the highway 405 because of it. The person that put the battery in didn't tighten the red connection and it came loose while driving and my truck died in the middle of the highway....I had to walk into oncoming traffic to reconnect it.....nice people but after that experience I'm choosing a different location and not getting any other services other than an oil change from valvoline.
Not your typical Valvoline experience. I have been going to Valvoline for my oil change for several years. No preliminary inspection, no communication, no confirmation of new oil level unless asked, no checking of tire pressure...hmmmmm. When I asked if I would receive those services, they agreed and then the technicians walked away. Lazy service....no thank you. Will not be back to this location.
Honestly, I LOVE Valvoline and I have received excellent service at everyone of them. However! The service, professionalism and helpfulness at this location was IMPECCABLE. The mechanics were kind, thorough and even extended a coupon to me for some of the products. I have a European car so it was GREATLY appreciated. I needed a lot of services bc my windshield wipers were garbage, my oil needed changing, my oil filter was bad, and my driver-side headlight was out. They explained everything and didn’t push any products on me.... read more
