Zero stars if I could. Do NOT take your vehicle here. I had to deal a week without my vehicle. I stayed nice the entire time as frustrating and stressful as this was, and for the most part I had to reach out to get updates on my vehicle with the exception of about two days. I have two other people I know that had an issue and a similar experience with their cars needing worked on and fixed after a bad oil change. I always come to valvoline to get my oil changed. they are always so polite, quick, explain my service options to me and provide so many other services!
I am very satisfied with the service I received from Valvoline. I was greeted when I pulled up with a smile, was treated with respect and received detailed information about my oil change and recommendations to keep my car running for a long time. Reid, William and other staff were great and communicated well.
I received incredible service at this establishment. They accidentally broke a part of my tire but comped everything for me and went above and beyond. Thank you so much to Reid, Brian and Aaron
