I’m so incredibly pissed about this place. I waited for over an hour for an oil change before going on vacation. They were busy I get that! However they checked my battery and showed me on computer screen that it was practically dead and had to be replaced asap. They gave me a price and I refused bc I have a friend who can do it cheaper . Went to auto zone to buy battery Guy offered to check it for me to make sure bc battery was so expensive. Very professional. New vehicle for me.... going on vacation and wanted to make sure oil was good. They were honest & just charged me for a top off.
Went to this location about a month ago and they said they couldn’t get the drain plug out because it was stripped. So I had to take it to my normal mechanic to fix it (and didn’t even get an oil change done after waiting for an hour). They told me Valvoline turned it the wrong way which is why they weren’t able to get it out. Definitely a bunch of idiots here and I couldn’t recommend strong enough to not go here. Save yourself the time and money. Would give zero stars if I could.
Great place for an oil change, you're in and out before you know it with friendly staff.
