I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They kept on task and had me out promptly.
So easy to get your oil changed here. Love the email reminders and coupons. Appreciate the way staff calls out what they are doing so that no step is missed and I feel confident in their service. You can really see what is going on. I love being able to stay in my car. The staff are amazing.
The manager Nicki was very kind and very informative. Everyone was very efficient and completed each of the services I was having done in a very timely manner.
"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your oil change location today. I specifically requested a power steering fluid change, but the technician completely ignored my request. Instead, he proceeded to change my engine oil, which I had just replaced yesterday with a high-quality synthetic blend. To make matters worse, his solution was to tell me to go to a specialized mechanic. This is completely unacceptable and frankly, laughable. l
